The foreign stranglehold on our mineral resources, which has become endemic, can only be effectively
corrected by a conquering and redeeming pan-Africanism, which is a source of re-appropriation of our oil,
             gas and other resources.
The vision of the ASP is an appropriate and successful coincidence with this new momentum advocated by
this emerging pan-Africanism, which is distinguished only by its preponderant economic dynamics.
These new paradigms are African positivism, a firm belief in our own potentialities..., a rigorous respect for
the ancestral and cultural values that underlie the diversity of our continent... and finally, putting in place a
common program for a concerted common development.
To succeed in this ultimate challenge, we must listen to our fellow citizens and accompany them by
rectifying the development of new transformations for a global vision. More than ever, it is time to be lucid
and committed to the sole success of this challenge which, after so many years of deprivation, dispossession,
and sidelining in terms of monopolization and exploitation of our mineral wealth, has favored the delay of
             progression of the black continent.
The diagnosis is good, it is no longer necessary to drape ourselves in the veil of Afro-pessimism, or to
maintain us with outdated theories, which had for only essence, confrontation... or denunciation. From now
on, the black people are armed with enough knowledge and faith to nourish this irrepressible will to change
             what inhabits them.
The only will to change is measured in their commitment to the service of the continent to reverse this heavy
tendency of domination and exploitation, to finally bring and propose responsible, efficient, and dignified
solutions, through proposals of sustainable development.
We should make no mistake about it, the success of a progress well lived by the whole continent, will only
come from our indefectible unitary cohesion, hence the word Solidarity, for an unfailing commitment, an
unalterable faith, alternatives, perspectives, welded in an unbreakable patriotism.
             Let us remain confident.
Confidence, they say, is earned when promises are kept. Here, the conquest of a triumphant Pan-Africanism,
will be possible if and only if, all the elites of the continent, all the active intelligences, but all the committed
forces, for the only victory of the economic and social progress, will converge around the ideals of the Pan-
Africanism revisited, redefined under the prism of the values of the ASP.
"Africa is a paradox that both illustrates and highlights neo-colonialism. Its land is rich, but its surface and
underground resources continue to enrich, not Africans in the main, but the groups and individuals who
work to impoverish the African population," said KRUMAH.
This quote reinforces our belief that the Pan-Africanism of the 3rd Millennium can only be economic,
because only a full appropriation of our mineral, gas and oil wealth, accompanied by a new redefinition of
the terms of trade of our various agricultural products, can ensure our continent a better economic, social
and environmental future. This is the challenge.

             Panafricanism 16
